Toru Yajima and Mari Kobayashi return to Mikazuki Island. They stay at the cursed "prison" mansion once again and are joined by a cast of characters including Yosuke Mikimoto, Toshio Kubota, Seiichi Kayama, Keiko Kitano and a woman named Haruko.
