《新世纪福音战士：钢铁恋人》（日语：新世紀エヴァンゲリオン鋼鉄のガールフレンド；英语：Neon Genesis Evangelion: Iron Maiden）是《新世纪福音战士》（新世紀エヴァンゲリオン）系列的Microsoft Windows用游戏软件，1997年7月11日发售首版，2006年发售含有追加要素的特别篇《新世纪福音战士：钢铁恋人新章》（新世紀エヴァンゲリオン鋼鉄のガールフレンド特別編）。日文版首版由Gainax发行，日文版特别篇由CyberFront发行，中文版首版由华义国际发行，中文版特别篇由英特卫多媒体发行。日文版除Microsoft Windows版外，另有Mac OS版、SEGA Saturn版、PlayStation版、PlayStation 2版、PlayStation Portable版；中文版只有Microsoft Windows版。片尾曲〈预感〉（予感）由高桥洋子主唱。
